Turning difficulties into opportunities

During the course of our lives, we inevitably face diverse difficulties. In most cases, these difficulties are related to familial or spouse issues or alternatively may emerge at work or in our social relationships. Those adapting to a new society and a different culture will no doubt face a variety of challenges, some similar to those all of us face in the course of our lives, and some unique to the process of adjustment they must make in their new environment.

I am here to help you

In addition to the therapy I offer to those dealing with life's difficulties, I also specialize in therapy for those facing difficulties that stem from changing one's environment, culture or society. I offer this unique platform based on my education – Ph.D. from New York University, Adlerian psychotherapy, parental counseling, personal and relational coaching, conflict resolution  and philosophical consultancy – as well as my personal experience as a diplomat in the Israeli Foreign Ministry, experience that instilled in me a wealth of knowledge and sensitivities regarding the difficulties facing those who encounter radical changes in their lives.

I can assist new comers in the process of adjustment to their new lives

The Adlerian psychotherapy that I offer is different from classical psychotherapy in that the Adlerian psychotherapist plays an active role in the therapeutic process. It is practical and relatively short term, it is a therapy based on the therapist's empathy and ability  to see reality though the patient's eyes in order to comprehend and participate in her/his development and evolution, as well as ask the right questions and accompany her/him on the path to self-fulfillment.
